make a paper bag kite - punch 4 holes in 4 corners of open end of paper bag, reinforce holes with reinforcers, cut 2 3ft lengths of string and tie each end to hole to form 2 loops. Cut 1 more 3ft length and tie through two loops to form handle. Have child decorate bag with markers and streamers. Run & fly kite
make stain glass crayons - line muffin tins or grease, put broken crayons, place in 400 degree oven for few minutes, cool, color with them
make a pinwheel - decorate square piece of paper with markers, crayons, glitter, stickers. Mark center or square and cut from each corner into center, stopping one inch from center. Fold every other point into center and tape (decorate side out). Push fastener into small circular piece of cardboard then through center of pinwheel. Fasten around a straw or unsharpened pencil

science experiement with baking soda and vinegar. Take a small bowl and put baking soda in it. Give the child another bowl with vinegar and a spoon or scoop. Lay a muffin tin on the table. The child scoops a small amount of baking soda into each cup of the muffin tin, then scoops vinegar into each tin and watches it foam
make personal puppets by printing pictures of people, cutting them out and gluing them onto a popsicle stick
bean Bag Board - cut one side of a box so that it angles down, cut holes on the top of the box and write numbers under the holes. Play bean bag toss

make paper butterflies - let child draw designs or just scribble color on a piece of paper. Show child how to accordian fold it by doing your own. Wrap a pipe cleaner around the middle of it, add eyes and mouth to the butterfly. If time, make a mobile by tying yarn to butterflies and hanging them from two large popsicle sticks glued together with glue gun in a cross fashion
make a cool picture frame by stamping on accetate and allow child to use markers to color the back and frame it in a cardboard frame (piece of cardboard cut to side with middle cut out) and let them decorate with sticks etc
have a teddy bear fashion show - dress up all the teddy bears in infants clothing and then put them all in a large box that has been decorated as a car and pull them around the room with a string that's attached
