While we were on vacation a few weeks ago we happened to be camping near a place that I used to spend most of my summers at as a child. My Grandma had a house on Mara Lake and my Aunts and Uncles had farms near her back then...we had no idea how blessed we were to spend our summers swimming and riding horses!
I have told my daughters many times about Grandma's beach so while we were there we drove in for the day and visited family and we were graciously allowed by Lyndon, the now owner of the house to visit the beach.
Tonight after making a 'Thank you' card for Lyndon I went to look at some pictures of the girls on the beach to add in the card and realized how similar one of the pictures was to the card I had made for her. Kind of funny how that goes sometimes :-)
The card colors are Bashful Blue and Creamy Caramel and some designer paper. The video shows the faux sewing technique and also the use of Watercolor Wonder Crayons and yes, as usual the Stamp-a-ma-jig :-)
Hi, As a new person to stamping you have taught me so much... Pricless. Great Techniques and clear concise instructions.
Many thanks I wish you were here in Australia.
Kind Regards
Janet
